Today I received a really good news that I received The Visa d'or - Daily Press award at Visa pour l'Image Perpignan for my work on tsunami in Japan for IHT/The New York Times.

I am happy for the award but it would not have been possible without belief and support from the editors and correspondents at IHT/The New York Times.
After almost six months since the earthquake/tsunami in Japan, people in the affected area are still in great need. We are still collecting donations for 311 project, the e-photo mag app that donates all proceeds to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
